Great food! We stumbled across Muddy Misers by accident while riding our motorcycle 3+ hours from home. The "locals" recommended it at a gas station and they were 100% spot on. Our server, Kate, took great care of us and served our food to us fresh, hot and with a smile and nice conversation. Again, food was great and server was top notch! Highly recommend!

Such an incredible atmosphere if you’re looking to get out of the chains. I come here a lot and can say that sometimes they’re crazy busy and sometimes it’s manageably busy. Regardless, the locals know where to go for a good steak. Full bar, inside and outdoor seating, kids menu, seafood, fresh beef sourced from a local farm, and unique menu items (like crawdads). Love the bread pudding- just wish they would invest in a scoop of vanilla to go with it. Tonight, I went out with my sister and nephew. Great service with Shay and the manager, Kait, was so friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Also, if you’re like me, you care about bathrooms… and the bathrooms here are clean and well-stocked.

We were out in Zanesville exploring pottery places and asked for a good place for lunch. An employee at Ohio Pottery recommended Muddy Misers and told us they had a great patio down by the river and that the food was delicious. It was a beautiful fall Saturday with sunshine and warm temperatures. We headed over and were seated out on the patio with a nice river view. Our server was Tara, and she was very friendly and informative about the menu. We tried the Walleye Reuben sandwich, with sides of onion rings and sweet potato fries. Delicious, fresh, and unique!! Tara was very attentive and took a minute to chat with us, making us feel welcomed like old friends. We would definitely go back when out in Zanesville again!!

This quaint, small restaurant has a lot of Zane Grey memorabilia showing his historic fishing experiences across the globe. The BBQ po boy with slaw and onions was really good, and my wife really enjoyed her fish and chips. The tartar sauce had fresh dill and some of the best we've had ...and it made a great dip for the fries!!

We took a motorcycle ride to Zanesville. Ended up going to Myddy Miser’s and they did not disappoint! Quick service! The food was delicious! Added bonus the Togo boxes fit in our saddle bags!🥰

Exploring Zanesville and wanted to eat along the river when I discovered Muddy Misers. Sat at the bar, locals and staff made several recommendations, raving about their fish and chips. I’ve never had a good fish and chips so I was very hesitant but ultimately decided to give it a shot! Upgraded the sides to their hot cabbage salad and sweet potato fries. Everything tasted so DELICIOUS! The staff and locals at the bar were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would come back!

Awesome food. I had a full order of fish and chips. Way more than I could handle and it was delicious. A buddy of mine had the walleye and said it was fabulous. My wife had the wrap and said it was amazing. Our server was Tara and she was very attentive to our needs throughout the evening. I will definitely be back.
